February 18, 2018

Readings for this week:

18 Feb.                       Leviticus 10-12/Psalms 22

19 Feb.                       Leviticus 13-14/Acts 8

20 Feb.                       Leviticus 15-16/ Acts 9

21 Feb.                       Leviticus 17-18/Acts 10

22 Feb.                       Leviticus 19-20/Psalms 23-24

23 Feb.                       Leviticus 21-22/Acts 11

24 Feb.                       Leviticus 23-24/Acts 12

Things to look for as you read this week:

  • Which psalm may Jesus be quoting on the cross?
  • On the Day of Atonement, when a goat is sent off into the wilderness or desert, what does it symbolically carry with it?
  • What does God wish to teach Peter with the vision of the clean and unclean animals?

Last week's answers:

  • Due to the Israelites' overwhelming generosity in giving materials for the construction of the tabernacle, Moses issues an order. What is it? (That no one should bring anything else for the construction of the tabernacle—Exodus 36:6)
  • When Stephen is stoned, who is among the crowd, giving approval to his death? (Saul/Paul—Acts 7:60-8:1)
